Pricing varies depending on the design, quantity ordered, paper stock, printing methods and ribbons selected. For 150 wedding invitations and response cards, pricing generally ranges from $950 – $2,200. For announcements and special occasions, pricing can range from $1.65 each – $9.50 each. We feel confident that there is a beautiful invitation and announcement for every budget and occasion. It’s often helpful to know your budget upfront, so we can design a piece to fit your needs. The minimum invitation & announcement order is $45.

when to order

It’s best to contact us as soon as you have a date set and a general idea of the personality of your event. We recommend allowing 8 weeks for the design process and 4-6 weeks for printing and assembly. Invitations are traditionally mailed 6-8 weeks before the event. When planning your wedding stationery, a detailed production timeline will be given in order to help the process flow smoothly and make it as easy as possible for you.

It’s never too early to place your order for holiday cards and gifts. Our holiday season begins October 1st and holiday orders will be accepted through December 1st for greeting cards and December 7th for stationery and beyond paper items for holiday delivery. Our lead times often get a bit longer in the holiday season, therefore it’s best to order early to ensure delivery in a timely manner. Holiday orders are worked on in the order in which they are received.

Once a complete order is placed*, an email proof will be sent within two {2} studio days {Monday–Friday}. Upon approval, orders are processed and shipped within ten {10} studio days from date of approval. *A complete order includes receipt of a high-resolution digital photo if it is to be included on the card.

pre-ordering: To expedite the proofing process, you have the option of pre-ordering your cards before sending in your high-resolution photo so that your proof can be started while we await your photo.

kindly note: you will need to upgrade your shipping accordingly to ensure that your order arrives by December 24th, 2015. We do not guarantee delivery by December 24, 2015 on any ground shipments placed after December 1, 2015.

Special Occasions
Please contact us to discuss your event and invitation needs. At that point we can give you an idea of when your invitations or announcements will be delivered.

guidelines & terms of payment

After your complimentary initial consultation, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to begin design of your invitations. This fee includes 2-3 “looks” for your invitations, paper samples, printed comps and/or and emailed pdf , and a production estimate. At the time of your final approval, the $150 will be applied towards your total.

Upon selecting a layout and returning a signed estimate, the layout of your full invitation suite will begin. You will be responsible for providing the text for all of your pieces. Included in the cost of your invitations are two rounds of revisions. There is a $35 charge for each additional round, therefore we encourage you to review all text carefully during the first round to eliminate any additional charges.

Final proofs are used to confirm layout, typestyle, spelling, dates and punctuation. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof.* After a signed proof is received, the designer is not responsible for any mistakes. Once a final proof has been approved, a payment of 50% of your total order (less your $150 deposit) is required before going to press. The balance of your order will be due upon receipt.

If an order must be canceled for any reason, we understand. If the order is canceled before it goes to press, there is a 30% cancellation fee in addition to any costs that have been incurred.

Please note: Once final approval and payment are received, the order will go to press within 24 hours. Once the order is sent to press it cannot be canceled and you are responsible for full payment.

*Proofreading Responsibilities: Remember to proofread your invitation text. Have one (or several) other people read over the text as well, looking for typos, misspellings, etc. The designer is not responsible for these sorts of errors. Unfortunately, if you find such errors in your printed pieces, we cannot offer you a refund – and we do have a charge for reprinting. We obviously don’t want this to happen, so we encourage you to proofread and proofread again! We will print the text exactly as you send it to us.
